Teaching Philosophy

A world language classroom is one where students not only learn about other cultures, languages and practices, but it is also a place where each student can learn more about themselves. School is meant to be a safe and comfortable environment for all, and I strive to create a classroom culture that promotes learning and acceptance. Students are not just a name on a page, but integral members of society and as their teacher I will do what I can to build them up as such, not just in language learning and cultural awareness, but in  as individuals.
